Sredha also helps the group by providing service in infrastructure, rawmaterial., marketing along with regular training and arranging programmes in various vocational & craft activities by including Govt.&& non Govt.agencies like Central Poly technic,Employment exchange, AIWC,HANDICORPS, Srivaraham Vanitha Samithi etc. Sredha helping spl.parents to get UDID,Niraamaya health insurance,election ID,Aswasakiranam,scholarships, pension,guardianship,concessions & priorities in various field by giving awareness and providing services to the possible extend.

Sredha centre manage to give training on screen & block printing, tailoring, umberalla making, loation making, handicrafts, paper & cloth bag making etc. in vocational wing and also providing accademics through computer with the help of a specially designed software which can improve the correlation of eye-hand-mind, moreover it can attract the specials with its audio-video support and students feels they can do big" things with simple efforts through which we can generate interest in doing things. Drawing, music,instrumental music, traditional & modern dance, clay modelling ,craft works, Daily living & self-help activities, socialisation and thus make them as leaders from followers.

Open house, on every second saturdays which will create a good communication and planning in between parent and trainers, and 'oppam koodaam' an unique programmeof Sredha, on saturdays by allowing various small groups from genral public to interact and engage in the activities going on the centre, which will help to get aware the needs and situations facing by the specials and their family and to know about the challenges,hazards by this special persons.

As Annual programmes Sredha conducting Tour, Medical camps,awareness classes, ersonality development camp with Cultural programmes - Sports Meet are two prestigious event by Sredha in summer vacation and in december respectively, Onam, Bakrid, Christmas newyear, Republic- Independance-Yoga-environmental-Autism- Downsyndrome-world Disability - days. Gandhi jayanthi with triday cleaning campaig n are some of the main events.
